Directors

Vincent Crowley. Vincent holds a number of directorships, including Altas Investments PLC (Executive chairman), Grafton Group PLC and C & C Group PLC (both non-executive director), Newsbrands Ireland (Chairman) and Inner City Enterprise (charity – non-executive director). He has been CEO of publicly quoted companies in Ireland (Independent News & Media Plc) and Australia (APN News & Media Plc) and has extensive commercial experience.

Neal Newman. Neal is president of Two Ten Footwear Foundation, the only industry-wide charitable foundation in the USA, building a Corporate Social Responsibility platform for change across an entire industry. It serves America's footwear industry, delivering social services, financial assistance, college scholarships to low income footwear employees and their families.

The Company Secretary:

Niall Crowley. Niall is an independent equality and human rights expert working for various European and national level institutions. He has a broad range of involvement in civil society initiatives for social change, equality, and environmental sustainability. He was the Chief Executive Officer of the Irish Equality Authority, for ten years, from its establishment in 1999.
